1.5 c frozen mango (I just do a big ole’ handful)
2 celery stalks
1/2 c sliced cucumber
1 frozen banana
1/2 c parsley
1/2 c cilantro
WHAT YOU ADD WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GO TO BLEND:
2-3 c coconut water
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs lime juice
3 large handfuls fresh or frozen spinach
water and ice to desired consistency all blended for a solid 1-2 minutes in the ever so powerful @vitamix
